Truly much work has gone into the creation and maintenance of IHateClowns. There are Macromedia Flash games created with anti-clown themes. That alone bears noting. Making a Flash game requires a committment of time and energy. This really appears to have been a one-man vendetta that has gained a groundswell of popular support.
Apparently, clowns are not as universally beloved as one might believe. I’m not naive. I once had a mother-in-law who part-timed as a clown. So frankly, I have mixed feelings about surfing this site. On the one hand, the anti-clown games are uproariously funny. On the other hand, there is a palpable level of ickiness associated with clown bashing.
